- Submitted content: videos and audio you provide to generate captions. This content is processed solely to deliver the service.
- Usage data: aggregated metrics about app usage (e.g., number of edited videos, session duration, error events).

- Advertising: advertising identifiers to display ads in the free version.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Legendei uses AI-based automatic speech recognition technologies to process the audio in your videos and generate captions. Processing occurs only to provide the requested service. We do not permanently store your files after processing, nor do we use your data to train AI models or for other commercial purposes.
4. Local and/or cloud processing
Processing may occur locally on your device and/or on third-party servers strictly to provide the service. When files are sent to servers, storage is temporary and data is deleted after processing is completed.
5. Sharing with third parties
- Measurement and analytics: Google Firebase / Analytics (usage and performance metrics).
- Advertising: Google AdMob or equivalent providers (ad display).
- Speech processing: speech-to-text (STT) providers when required to generate captions.
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs only to deliver the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights.
6. Data retention and security
- Uploaded files are retained only for the time required for processing.
- We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data; opt out of personalized ads; and revoke consent where applicable.
8. Children and teens
The app is not intended for children under 13. If improper use is identified, we may restrict features and delete data as necessary.
9. International data transfers
If processing occurs by providers outside your country, we will adopt appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The current version will always be available on this page. Significant changes may be communicated within the app.
Website visit analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, campaign sources, page language and interactions, such as app store clicks, selected styles and opened FAQs. Analytics cookies are activated only after your permission. Advertising and ad personalization features are disabled. We do not send passwords, email addresses, videos or form content to Analytics.
